Who is Sefa Aydın?
Sefa Aydın is an Istanbul-based AI trainer and consultant. He delivers individual (one-on-one) AI training, department-based corporate AI training for companies (managers, sales, marketing, HR, finance, legal, customer service, call centers and more) and AI consulting (strategy, AI visibility/GEO and agent setup). Before AI he spent more than a decade producing brand, advertising and web work for companies of every size, including the Türkiye projects of world-renowned luxury brands, and he now turns that production experience into hands-on training with ChatGPT, Claude and Midjourney. He is the founder of the agency Rebel Co. Group.
What is the difference between individual and corporate AI training?
Individual AI training is a one-on-one, 90-minute live online session built on your own work (4.900 TL per session, 16.900 TL for the 4-session program). Corporate AI training is a full-day hands-on workshop for a team of up to 10 people, customised by department (49.900 TL + VAT). Which topics and roles does the training cover?
ChatGPT and Claude workflows, prompt writing, visual production with Midjourney, AI video production, vibe coding with Claude Code, reporting and data analysis, marketing and sales automation, customer communication and AI visibility (GEO). Corporate programs are organised by role: managers, sales teams, marketing teams, call center and customer service teams, HR, finance and accounting, legal, operations, software and IT, design and creative teams, plus AI literacy, prompt engineering, ChatGPT, Claude and data security programs.
Why not a recorded video course?
Because AI tools change every few months and every job has details a generic video cannot cover. In a live session we open your own project and build your AI workflow together, so you leave with something that actually works for your case, not a generic lesson. That is why I deliberately do not sell a recorded course.
Do you deliver corporate AI training to companies?
Yes. Corporate AI training is a full-day hands-on workshop for teams of up to 10 people, on site in Istanbul or online. The content is not a generic seminar: after a discovery call it is built on your industry and your team's daily tasks, covering ChatGPT and Claude for real work, prompt writing, data privacy rules, a verification habit and where relevant visual production or automation. What does AI consulting cover?
Consulting is for companies that need a decision rather than a lesson: which processes to hand to AI, how to build an AI strategy and policy, how to make the company visible in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI answers (GEO), and how to set up and measure an AI agent on a real process.
