Human resources
What is this program?
AI training for HR is a full-day, hands-on program in which human resources teams learn to use ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini on their own real documents across recruitment, onboarding, performance management and internal communication. Because candidate data and employee information are involved, data protection rules and the habit of verification form the backbone of the program.
HR teams are among the units that produce the most text and process the most personal data in a company. Job ads, job descriptions, interview questions, offer letters, onboarding documents, performance feedback, internal announcements. Most of these are currently written from scratch or copied from an old template. AI produces the first draft of these tasks in minutes, and the HR specialist spends their time on the part that needs judgment.
But the data in HR's hands is sensitive. Pasting a candidate's CV or an employee's performance note into a personal ChatGPT account is a serious data protection problem. That is why the program shows what can be done and, with the same clarity, sets out what must not be done.
Who is it for?
Recruitment specialists
Teams that write dozens of job ads every month, review hundreds of CVs and keep interview notes.
HR business partners and managers
Those responsible for performance processes, internal communication and policy documents.
Learning and development teams
Teams that prepare internal training content, design onboarding programs and are tasked with spreading AI competence across the company.
Program flow: six modules
Talking takes at most a fifth of the day. The rest is hands-on production on your own files, each module ending with a piece of real work.
HR data and data protection boundaries
Under which conditions candidate and employee data may enter which tool. Anonymisation method, separation of corporate accounts, responsibility. This module comes first because everything else rests on it.
Producing job ads and job descriptions
Ad copy based on role, level, company voice and target audience. The team's last three ads are rewritten and screened for discriminatory language.
CV screening and interview preparation
Scoring anonymised CVs against the ad criteria, generating role-specific interview questions, a structured interview template. The final decision always stays with a person.
Interview and meeting summaries
Comparative summaries from interview notes, decision rationale and a feedback letter to the candidate. The same method is used for team meetings.
Performance and feedback
A balanced, concrete and respectful performance feedback draft from scattered manager notes. Writing development plans and goals.
Internal communication and policy documents
Announcements, onboarding guides, employee handbook sections and the company's own AI usage policy. The program ends with the policy draft HR will write.
Real work scenarios
The kind of tasks the day is built around. Yours replace these after the discovery call.
12 job ads in one week
Preparing 12 ads for different roles in one day, in a consistent voice and free of discriminatory language.
Screening 200 applications
Ranking anonymised applications against the ad criteria and producing a shortlist with reasons.
New employee onboarding
Producing a 30-day onboarding plan and an FAQ guide from company documents.
Year-end performance period
Converting manager notes into a standard feedback format and writing development plans.
Employee survey analysis
Grouping open-ended survey answers into themes and a summary report for management.
Company AI policy
Writing the one-page usage rules document HR will distribute to all employees.
Tools used
Skills come before tools. The current model comparison with prices is on the AI models page.

About me →Frequently asked questions
Is entering candidate data into AI compliant with data protection law?
Entering it raw into a personal account is not. The program teaches two routes: working with anonymised data, and using a tool with a data processing agreement under the company's corporate account. Which document is processed by which route is put into a written rule during the day.
Does AI discriminate in CV screening?
It can if used wrongly. That is why screening in the program is done only against the ad criteria and with anonymised data, the result stays a ranking suggestion and the decision rests with the HR specialist. Screening job ads for discriminatory language is taught as well.
How much does AI training for HR cost?
The standard package is a full day for up to 10 people at 49,900 TL plus VAT. The discovery call, content preparation, a team guide and 30 days of Q&A support are included. Larger HR teams or multiple locations are scoped by proposal.
Does it integrate with our HR software?
The program is tool training and does not include software integration. It does show how to work with your HR system through export and import. If a real integration or automation is wanted, that is a separate scope and is covered in the AI agents program.
Can the training be held online?
Yes. Since HR teams are usually in one location, a full day on site is the most productive format, but for distributed teams a two half-day online format is run with the same content.
Is it suitable if our team has never used AI?
Yes. The program is designed for people starting from zero, and the first hour covers account setup and basic use. In teams that already use AI this part is shortened and the time goes to advanced scenarios.
