Managers and leaders
What is this program?
AI training for managers is a full-day, hands-on program that helps company leadership and department heads treat artificial intelligence as a management decision rather than a tool curiosity. Which processes can be handed to AI, where human approval must stay, how the investment is measured and how the team is guided are all worked through on the manager's own real company processes.
When AI use in a company grows out of scattered curiosity started by individual employees, the result is usually the same: everyone uses a different tool, nobody verifies the output and customer data leaves the company uncontrolled. What fixes this is not a tool course but management making clear what it wants. This program builds that clarity in one day.
As of September 2026 the question has changed. GPT-6 Astra was announced on 3 September as the first widely available model that can operate a computer on its own, and Claude Fable 5.1 shipped on 1 September for long-running agent tasks. The manager's question is no longer "how does the team write better prompts" but "which job can I hand over completely and where should I stop". The day is built around that question.
Who is it for?
General managers, partners and founders
People who will decide on AI investment but want to see it with their own eyes instead of relying on the technical team's account.
Department managers
Those who lead a sales, marketing, operations or finance team and need to decide how that team will work faster with AI.
Managers responsible for transformation
People in HR, digital transformation or strategy who have been asked to write the AI policy and roll it out to the team.
Program flow: six modules
Talking takes at most a fifth of the day. The rest is hands-on production on your own files, each module ending with a piece of real work.
The 2026 AI map, from a manager's point of view
The real differences between models, agents and tools. Not in advertising language, but just enough for a manager to decide. Which model leads in which job, where the cost comes from.
Delegability analysis
Your company's processes are put on the table. Three questions for each process: does it repeat, are the input and output clear, what does an error cost. From these three comes a delegability ranking.
Human approval points
Where AI stops is put in writing. An approval rule is set for every output that reaches a customer, every pricing decision, every legal text and every financial figure.
Return on investment and measurement
How to measure the return on training and tool investment: time measurement on 3 selected tasks, revision rate, weekly active use. The measurement template is filled in at the table.
Company AI policy
Which data goes into which tool, the split between corporate and personal accounts, data protection responsibilities, shadow AI risk. A one-page policy draft is written during the day.
Leading the team and the 90-day plan
How to manage employees who embrace AI and those who resist, which team starts first, how to pick the first pilot. The program ends with the manager's own 90-day plan.
Real work scenarios
The kind of tasks the day is built around. Yours replace these after the discovery call.
Preparing the weekly management report
Scattered data from departments turned into a single management summary. The manager builds the flow using their own latest report.
Meeting summaries and action tracking
Extracting decisions and owners from meeting notes, with an automatic reminder at the next meeting.
Strategic documents and presentation drafts
The first draft of an investor deck, annual plan or budget justification prepared with AI and finished in the manager's own voice.
Competitor and market scan
Regular summaries of competitors' latest moves, price changes and market news. Together with the habit of verifying sources.
Evaluating an AI proposal
A manager assessing an AI proposal from a software vendor with the right questions. What it promises, what it cannot measure.
Choosing the first agent pilot
Picking the first task to delegate from the company's process list and setting up a four-week measurement plan for the pilot.
Tools used
Skills come before tools. The current model comparison with prices is on the AI models page.

About me →Frequently asked questions
Does AI training for managers require technical knowledge?
No. The program contains no code, model architecture or technical setup. It covers exactly as much as a manager needs to decide: what AI can do, what it cannot, where the cost appears, where the risk lies. Participants work on their own computers with ChatGPT and Claude throughout the day.
Is the training tailored to our company?
Yes. Before the training there is a short discovery call with management to learn the company's industry, core processes and current state of AI use. The delegability analysis and scenarios during the day are built on this information. No off-the-shelf slide deck is used.
How much does AI training for managers cost?
The standard package is a full day for up to 10 people at 49,900 TL plus VAT. The discovery call, content preparation, a manager's guide and 30 days of Q&A support are included. A half-day board session or larger management teams are scoped by proposal.
Is there a half-day version for the board?
Yes. A condensed 3-hour session can be arranged for the board or senior management. This version focuses on the delegability analysis and the policy draft, with the hands-on sections shortened. The scope is set in the proposal.
Will the team need a separate program after this one?
Usually yes. This program equips the manager to decide, while a department-based program is the right fit for transforming the team's daily work. When the two are taken together, management and the team start with the same policy and the same rules.
How do we measure the return on the training?
A measurement template is filled in during the program itself: 2 or 3 recurring tasks are chosen, current time is recorded and the same tasks are measured again 4 to 6 weeks later. Weekly active use and the share of work sent back for revision are also tracked. An AI investment that is not measured is a guess for management, not a decision.
