AI training for finance and accounting teams is a full-day, hands-on program in which finance professionals learn to use ChatGPT and Claude on their own spreadsheets for Excel formula and macro generation, report interpretation, budget and cash flow analysis, reconciliation and management presentations. The figure verification rule is the first item of the program.
Finance teams' relationship with AI begins with a justified unease: figure errors are not acceptable. The unease is right, but the answer is not to stay away from AI but to use it in the right place. AI does not produce the figure, it speeds up the work around the figure: it writes the formula, builds the macro, interprets the table, drafts the presentation. The figure always comes from the source and a person verifies it.

Does AI make mistakes in financial calculations?
It can, which is why in the program AI is used not to produce figures but to speed up the work around them. It writes the formula, interprets the table, drafts the presentation. The figure always comes from the source table and there is a verification step for every output.
Is it safe to enter the company's financial data into AI?
If done by the rules. The program has two routes: working with anonymised data or sample rows, and using a tool with a data processing agreement under the company's corporate account. Never entering real financial statements into a personal account is the rule.
How much does AI training for finance cost?

Our Excel skills are not advanced. Is it suitable?
Yes. AI closes exactly this gap: you do not write the formula, you describe what you want, and the formula is generated and tested. Advanced users go deeper on the macro and automation side.
Does it integrate with our accounting software?
The program is tool training and does not include software integration. It shows how to work with tables exported from the accounting software. If a real integration or automation is wanted, that falls under the AI agents program.
Is it suitable for accounting practices?
Yes. In practices that produce standard reports for many clients the gain is even more visible. Separate rules for client data confidentiality are covered in the program.
