AI Literacy Training AI literacy

What is this program?

AI literacy training is a full-day foundation program that gives all employees of a company a hands-on grounding in what artificial intelligence is, what it can and cannot do, the rules of safe and ethical use, basic prompt writing and the habit of verification. Regardless of department, it gets everyone starting with the same concepts and the same rules.

AI use in a company usually begins with a few curious employees and spreads in a scattered way. A year later the picture is this: some teams are advanced, some have never touched it, nobody knows a shared rule and customer data is flowing into personal accounts uncontrolled. Literacy training pulls this disorder onto common ground in a single day.

Why now

The program is independent of department. From accounting to the warehouse, from sales to HR, everyone learns the same concepts on the same day, accepts the same rules and builds their first flow on an example from their own work. Department-based programs are built on top of this ground.

Who is it for?

All employees

Team members at every level who do not yet use AI or use it in a scattered way.

Companies rolling out an AI policy

HR, compliance and management teams that want to establish a shared rule and language.

Teams preparing for department training

Those who want to lay the foundation before moving on to a role-based program.

Program flow: six modules

Talking takes at most a fifth of the day. The rest is hands-on production on your own files, each module ending with a piece of real work.

01

What AI is, and what it is not

The difference between large language models, agents and tools. The line between advertising and reality. The 2026 model map in language everyone understands.

02

What it can and cannot do

The tasks where AI is strong, the tasks where it is weak and the risk of fabrication (hallucination). Which tasks to trust it with and which not.

03

Safe and ethical use

Which data goes into a tool, the split between corporate and personal accounts, data protection responsibility, shadow AI risk, company policy.

04

Prompt basics

Role, task, context, format and constraints. Everyone turns a task from their own work into a proper prompt. With the free prompt library.

05

The habit of verification

AI output is a draft. Checking figures, sources and names. The pre-publication approval rule. Everyone checks a colleague's output.

06

A first flow from your own work

Each participant picks a recurring task from their own daily work and leaves at the end of the day with a working flow for it.

Real work scenarios

The kind of tasks the day is built around. Yours replace these after the discovery call.

Email and correspondence

A summary of a long email thread and a reply draft in the right tone.

Meeting notes

A list of decisions and actions from scattered notes.

Document summary

Extracting the main points of a long report or procedure.

Interpreting a table

Explaining a simple table in plain language and listing the questions to ask.

Translation and language check

A summary of a document that arrived in a foreign language and a language check on the reply.

Research

A quick scan of a topic and verification of the sources.

Frequently asked questions

What does AI literacy training mean?

Understanding what AI is, what it can and cannot do, using it safely and ethically, writing basic prompts and verifying the output. This program gives all employees these skills in a single hands-on day.

Is it suitable for employees without technical knowledge?

The program is designed precisely for them. It contains no code, model architecture or technical jargon. Everyone works on their own computer with an example from their own daily work.

How much does AI literacy training cost?

The standard package is a full day for up to 10 people at 49,900 TL plus VAT. The discovery call, content preparation for the company, a team guide and 30 days of Q&A support are included. Repeated groups or a half-day wide-reach format for rolling out to the whole company are scoped by proposal.

Is a certificate provided?

Participants receive a certificate of participation. This is not a university or official institution certificate. The value of the program is not in the document but in the flow the employee builds in their own work the next day.

How does it differ from department-based training?

Literacy training lays the common ground for everyone. Department-based programs go deeper into the specific work of teams such as HR, sales and finance. The usual order is literacy first, then the department program.

How is it rolled out to 100 people across the company?

Repeated sessions in groups of 10 or a half-day wide-reach format are arranged. Scope and schedule are planned in the discovery call and set by proposal.
