AI Training for Operations and Supply Chain Teams Operations and supply chain

What is this program?

AI training for operations and supply chain is a full-day, hands-on program in which operations, procurement, logistics and planning teams learn to use ChatGPT and Claude on their own real processes for process documentation, supplier correspondence, quote comparison, writing instructions and procedures, and daily reporting.

Operations teams write the most procedures, correspond with the most suppliers and fill in the most spreadsheets in a company. Most of this work repeats, yet it is done from scratch every time: a new instruction is written, quotes from three suppliers are compared by hand, the daily report is prepared by copy and paste.

Why now

The program teaches how to speed up this recurring work with AI and goes one step further: together with the team it lists which process could be fully handed over in future and where human control must stay. That list is a ready starting point for the company's first automation pilot.

Who is it for?

Operations and planning teams

Teams that run the daily flow, write procedures and report.

Procurement and sourcing specialists

Those who research suppliers, compare quotes and handle contract correspondence.

Logistics and warehouse managers

Those who deal with shipment plans, instructions and customer notifications.

Program flow: six modules

Talking takes at most a fifth of the day. The rest is hands-on production on your own files, each module ending with a piece of real work.

01

Operations data and the tool rule

Under which conditions supplier prices, contracts and customer information may enter a tool. Corporate accounts and anonymisation.

02

Process documentation and writing instructions

Producing step-by-step procedures, work instructions and checklists from scattered notes. With the team's own processes.

03

Supplier research and correspondence

Scanning for new suppliers, writing requests for quotation, multilingual supplier correspondence and negotiation emails.

04

Quote comparison and the decision file

Comparing quotes that arrive in different formats in a single table, listing gaps and making a reasoned recommendation. The decision stays with a person.

05

Daily and weekly reporting

Management reports from operations data, variance explanations and a priority list for the following week.

06

Map of delegable processes

Filtering out the recurring tasks with clear inputs and outputs from the team's process list. A candidate list for the first automation pilot.

Real work scenarios

The kind of tasks the day is built around. Yours replace these after the discovery call.

A new warehouse instruction

Writing a step-by-step, visually guided work instruction in one hour from an experienced employee's account.

Quotes from three suppliers

Turning quotes that arrived as PDF, Excel and email into a single comparison table.

Correspondence with an overseas supplier

Writing technical specifications and delivery terms in correct English and summarising the reply.

Daily operations report

A summary and action list management will read, from shift notes.

Shipment delay notification

Communicating the delay, its cause and the new date to the customer in the right tone.

The first automation candidate

Choosing the task most suitable for handover from the process list and setting up the pilot plan.

Frequently asked questions

What does an operations team have to do with AI?

Operations teams produce the most procedures, correspondence and reports in a company. Each of these speeds up with AI. The program shows this on the team's own processes and also lists which tasks could be handed over in future.

Is it safe to enter supplier prices into AI?

Yes, by the rules. The program teaches the anonymisation and corporate account rule for supplier and contract information. Which information is never entered is put into a written rule.

How much does AI training for operations cost?

The standard package is a full day for up to 10 people at 49,900 TL plus VAT. The discovery call, content preparation based on the team's processes, a team guide and 30 days of Q&A support are included. Multiple locations or shifts are scoped by proposal.

Does it integrate with our ERP system?

The program is tool training and does not include integration. It shows how to work with data exported from the ERP. Real integration and process handover fall under the AI agents program.

Is it suitable for a team working in the field?

Yes. For field teams, two half-day online sessions or a single full day at the office can be arranged. Use on phones and tablets is also shown in the program.

Is automation set up after the training?

Not in this program, but the program ends with a list of delegable processes. That list is a ready start for the AI agents program. When the two programs are taken together, the move from training to pilot is seamless.
