A Consistent Brand Is a Matter of Management, Not Coincidence
I adapt the brand discipline I gained on the Turkey projects of luxury brands such as Dior, Fendi and Bvlgari to the scale of your business. From analysis to positioning, from identity management to monthly brand management, your brand is managed consistently and from a single source. The goal is not to look pretty; it is to secure a clear and preferred place in your customer's mind.

What's included?
Brand Analysis
An audit of current perception, competitive landscape, target audience and every touchpoint (logo, web, social media, packaging, sales language); reporting on strong and inconsistent aspects.
Brand Positioning
A one-sentence, defensible answer to the question "Why you?": clarifying whom you address, with what promise and with what difference.
Brand Identity Management
Establishing rules for logo, color, typography and visual language; managing the preservation of the existing identity or its renewal if needed.
Brand Voice & Verbal Identity
Defining tone, discourse and message hierarchy; ensuring the same voice speaks across every channel, from social media to sales presentations.
Process Management
Coordinating and overseeing internal and external stakeholders such as designers, printers, developers and ad operations to work in line with the brand strategy.
Monthly Brand Management (Retainer)
Giving your brand a permanent owner: monthly planning, brand-consistency checks on content and campaigns, and regular review meetings.

Brand consulting is the service that analyzes how your business is perceived in the market, clarifies the position that sets you apart from competitors, and ensures that position lives consistently at every touchpoint — from logo to packaging, from social media to sales language. Based in Istanbul, I provide both project-based brand consulting and monthly brand management to businesses across Turkey.
What is brand consulting and what is it for?
Brand consulting is a professional service that unites brand analysis, positioning, identity management and brand voice into a single strategy, and then manages the implementation of that strategy. The goal is not merely a beautiful logo, but securing a clear and preference-worthy place in your customer's mind.
In practice this means: what you say, how you look and where you appear all tell the same story. This way your ad budget builds a cumulative perception; every campaign does not start from scratch.
Do you see these symptoms in your business?
The shortest way to understand whether you need a brand consultant is to check for the following symptoms:
- When your logo, website and social media accounts are placed side by side, they do not look like they belong to the same brand.
- Everyone on the team gives a different answer to the question "What sets us apart from competitors?"
- You spend on advertising, but the message changes with every campaign and no lasting perception forms.
- Customers compare you only on price, and you are stuck in price competition.
- Design work is commissioned to different people each time and the result comes out inconsistent.
- Content is produced on social media, but it is unclear what you post and why.
The common cause of these symptoms is often not a lack of strategy, but the strategy being ownerless. This is exactly where the brand consultant steps in: gathering the scattered pieces into a single framework and ensuring that framework is protected.
What does a brand consultant concretely do for your SME?
In the SME branding process, the consultant's job is to adapt big-brand discipline to the scale and budget of your business. The scope of work usually includes:
- Brand analysis: An audit of current perception, competitors, target audience and touchpoints.
- Positioning: A one-sentence, defensible answer to the question "Why you?"
- Brand identity management: Establishing rules for all visual language, including corporate identity and logo.
- Brand voice: Tone, discourse and message hierarchy; the same voice speaking from social media content to sales presentations.
- Process management: Overseeing that design, print, web and ad operations proceed in line with the strategy.
What is the difference between project-based consulting and monthly brand management?
Project-based consulting solves a specific problem; monthly brand management (retainer) ensures your brand has a permanent owner.
| Criterion | Project-Based Consulting | Monthly Brand Management |
|---|---|---|
| Duration | Defined start and end | Continuity, monthly cycle |
| Scope | One-off work such as analysis, positioning, identity | Planning, implementation oversight, regular review |
| Best suited for | Newly established or renewed brands | Businesses that want to manage their brand regularly |
| Output | Strategy document and roadmap | A brand practice measured and improved every month |
For most businesses the right sequence is this: first project-based analysis and positioning, then a transition to monthly management as needed.
How do we get started?
The first step is a short introductory meeting. In this meeting I listen to your current situation and we clarify together which working model suits you. Then I present the scope, timeline and proposal in writing. To schedule a meeting you can reach me via the contact page or message me on WhatsApp.
Frequently Asked Questions
How are brand consulting prices determined?
The price is shaped by the depth of analysis, the number of touchpoints, the production need (identity, web, print, etc.) and whether the work is project-based or monthly management. There is a wide range for this service in the Turkey market; giving a fixed list price would be misleading. The exact figure becomes clear in a written proposal after the scope is determined in the needs meeting.
How long does the brand consulting process take?
The analysis and positioning phase is completed within a few weeks in most SME projects. Implementation work such as identity design, web and print is added according to scope. Monthly brand management, on the other hand, is continuous; it is planned and evaluated month by month. Thanks to AI-supported production processes, the implementation side progresses faster than classic agency timelines.
Do I have revision rights, and how do they work?
Yes. The revision process is defined upfront in strategy and design presentations and is stated in writing in the proposal. The aim is not to make unlimited attempts, but to reach the right result with few revisions through a correct brief and analysis; this protects both your time and your budget.
What does monthly brand management (retainer) cover?
It covers monthly planning, brand-consistency checks on content and campaigns, supplier and team coordination, and regular review meetings. The scope can be narrowed or expanded according to your business's needs; it can also be structured together with services such as social media management and ad management.
I just want a logo made; do I have to buy consulting?
No, corporate identity and logo work can be purchased on its own. However, a logo made before positioning is clarified often has to be renewed shortly after. That is why I recommend starting with at least a short analysis and positioning session; this ensures the design sits on the right foundation.
We already have a logo and identity; do we need to start from scratch?
Not necessarily. The analysis phase preserves your existing assets; elements that work are systematized, and inconsistent ones are improved. A complete rebuild only comes up if the analysis requires it, and we make that decision together.
We are outside Istanbul; can we still work together?
Yes. I am based in Istanbul but serve clients across Turkey. Meetings are held online, and print and packaging work is shipped to your address; when necessary, on-site meetings can also be arranged.
