What is this program?
AI training for manufacturing and industrial companies is a full-day, hands-on program in which the sales, procurement, quality, HR and management teams of companies in manufacturing, machinery, food, textiles, chemicals and similar industries learn to speed up their daily office work with ChatGPT and Claude: proposals and tender files, supplier correspondence, technical document summaries, quality and production reports. Throughout the day the team works on its own proposals, its own supplier correspondence and its own reports. The program covers not production line automation but the information work around the line.
In a manufacturing company, productivity on the factory floor has been measured for years, while on the office side it rarely is: the technical proposal rewritten for every tender, the multilingual correspondence with an overseas supplier, the summary of a hundred-page standard and specification, the quality and production report merged by hand every week. This work drops to minutes with AI, and the engineer's, the buyer's and the quality specialist's time is left for the real work.
In the program nothing is tried on an imaginary product. The team brings its last three proposals, supplier correspondence awaiting a reply, a technical specification and the weekly quality report. By the end of the day the proposal draft flow, the multilingual supplier correspondence bank, the document summary template and the report flow are set up in the company's own voice. The engineer approval rule for technical accuracy is put in writing in the first module.

Does AI training for manufacturing and industrial companies cover the production line?
No. The program does not cover production line automation, machine learning projects or sensor data analysis. It speeds up the office work around the line: proposals, correspondence, documents, reports and internal communication. Industrial AI projects need a separate consulting scope.
Do trade secrets such as recipes and drawings enter AI?
No. In the first module of the program, which information is never processed and which may be processed in anonymised form in a corporate account are put into a written rule. The company brings its own information security policy into the program.
How much does AI training for manufacturing and industrial companies cost?
The standard package is a full day for up to 10 people at 49,900 TL plus VAT. The discovery call, content preparation based on the team's files, a team-specific guide and 30 days of Q&A support are included. A multi-day format for multiple branches or departments is scoped by proposal.
How is the program set up if the team comes from different departments?
In the discovery call the module weighting is set according to the work of the team in the room: proposals and correspondence for a sales-heavy team, documents and reports for a quality-heavy team. If there are many departments, a multi-day format is scoped by proposal.
Is on-site training at the factory possible?
Yes. On site in and around Istanbul, and in other provinces either online or on site with travel costs included in the proposal. A meeting room where people can work at computers is enough.
How is the result measured?
Proposal preparation, supplier correspondence and report times are measured on the training day, and the same tasks are measured again 4 to 6 weeks later. No promise is made about production efficiency. Office time saved is measured.
