What is this program?
AI training for Excel users is a full-day, hands-on program in which teams that spend most of their day in spreadsheets learn on their own files to write formulas with ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot, clean data, run analyses and automate report production. Participants leave with ready-made prompt patterns and flows they can use at work immediately.
A large share of office work in Turkey still runs on Excel: sales reports, budget tables, stock lists, bonus calculations. ChatGPT is used in the same offices, but the two worlds rarely meet. The person who does not know formulas struggles for hours, and the person who does keeps building the same recurring reports by hand.
Today's AI tools handle most Excel work conversationally: saying "summarise revenue by region in this table" is faster than memorising function names. This program helps your team build that bridge safely and correctly, and teaches them to tell which job belongs to ChatGPT, which to Copilot and which to a classic formula.

Talking takes at most a fifth of the day. The rest is hands-on production on your own files, each module ending with a piece of real work.
Describing a table to AI
Sharing data safely, describing table structure, giving context with sample rows. Data protection and company data rules: which file goes in and which does not.
Writing formulas and functions
VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS and array formulas with ChatGPT and Claude. Having the formula written, explained and debugged. Turkish and English function name pitfalls.
Data cleaning and transformation

Can participants who do not know Excel benefit from this training?
Yes. The goal is not to memorise formulas but to describe the job to AI correctly. Participants without advanced Excel knowledge usually make the biggest leap, because they become able to do work they previously could not.
We have no Copilot licence. Is the training still worthwhile?
Yes. Most of the program runs on ChatGPT and Claude with files and requires no licence. The Copilot module shows you when the tool earns its licence fee, so you can make the purchase decision properly after the training.
Which Excel versions does the training support?
We work with Microsoft 365, Excel 2019 and later. For teams on Google Sheets, the same flows are shown with their Sheets and Gemini equivalents.
Do we have to use our company data in the training?
No. The training can run on sample data sets. The best results come from working on your own masked or anonymised files, and we prepare that together in the pre-training analysis.
