What is this program?
AI training for agencies is a full-day, hands-on program in which the account management, content, creative and performance teams of advertising, digital and social media agencies learn to turn their daily work into a single production line with ChatGPT, Claude and Midjourney: brief analysis, content calendars, creative drafts, campaign reports and client presentations. Throughout the day the team works on its own client briefs, its own calendars and its own reports. I built the program on the flows I run every day in my own agency.
What determines profitability in an agency is not creativity but the speed of production around creativity: the content calendar rewritten for every client, copy rebuilt in revision rounds, the performance report prepared every month, the presentation written from scratch for every new client. This work drops to minutes with AI, and the team delivers quality work to more clients with the same headcount.
In the program nothing is tried on an imaginary client. The team brings real client briefs, last month's content calendars, a campaign report and a new business presentation. By the end of the day the brief analysis flow, client-based brand voice documents, the content and creative production line, the report template and the presentation pattern are set up in the agency's own voice.

Program flow: six modules
Talking takes at most a fifth of the day. The rest is hands-on production on your own files, each module ending with a piece of real work.

Extracting the goal, constraints and success metric from the client brief. A brand voice and banned phrases document to give to AI for each client.

A client-based production line for the monthly calendar, post copy, stories and video scripts. Variant production that shortens the revision round.
Creative concept and visual drafts
Developing the campaign concept, mood boards and visual drafts with Midjourney, the path to real production. Copyright and brand safety limits.
Performance analysis and reports
A client report from ad panel exports: result, cause, next step. Charts and commentary in the same flow.
New business presentations and proposals
A proposal draft from the brief, scope and price rationale, presentation flow. Extracting a pattern from the agency's own winning presentations.
Client data, copyright and transparency
Under which conditions client information may enter the tool, how AI-produced content is disclosed to the client, copyright and visual usage rules.
Real work scenarios
The kind of tasks the day is built around. Yours replace these after the discovery call.
A new brief arrives in the morning
A brief summary with goal, constraints and success metric extracted, and the first three concept directions.
The monthly calendar for five clients
Calendar and copy sets produced against the brand voice documents, ready for the approval round.
The third revision round
Three new variants within minutes from the same brief and feedback.
The month-end performance report
A report with commentary for the client from ad panel data and a recommendation for next month.
A new business presentation
A client-specific proposal and flow, patterned on the agency's winning presentations.

About me →Frequently asked questions
Does AI training for agencies lower creative quality?
Used without control it does. The program aims for the opposite: AI produces the first draft, variants and analysis, and the creative decision stays with the team. A brand voice document and quality checklist are set up for each client, and everything produced passes that list.
Should we tell the client we use AI?
The program covers this in the transparency module. The general recommendation is to state clearly in the contract and the presentation where AI is used. The final decision is the agency's own policy. The program provides a framework.
How much does AI training for agencies cost?
The standard package is a full day for up to 10 people at 49,900 TL plus VAT. The discovery call, content preparation based on the team's files, a team-specific guide and 30 days of Q&A support are included. A multi-day format for multiple branches or departments is scoped by proposal.
How is copyright risk managed in visual production?
In the creative module, which visuals are used only as drafts and mood boards, which can go to publication and the brand safety limits are put into a written rule. Producing real people and registered brand elements is forbidden in the program.
Why should I take this program from an agency founder?
Because the program is built on the flows I run every day in my own agency. I explain what works and what does not under a deadline from experience, not from theory.
How is the result measured?
Content calendar, revision round, report and presentation preparation times are measured on the training day, and the same tasks are measured again 4 to 6 weeks later. Winning clients is not promised. Production speed and consistency are measured.
