What is this program?
AI training for accounting and tax advisory firms is a full-day, hands-on program in which certified accountants, accounting staff and firm managers learn to speed up their daily work with ChatGPT and Claude: client correspondence, regulation and communique summaries, Excel analysis and report automation, period-end checklists. Throughout the day the team works on its own anonymised client files, its own Excel spreadsheets and its own correspondence. That AI does not replace professional accounting opinion and that figures are always verified against the source system are put into a written rule in the first module.
In an accounting firm, what lifts the load in period-end and tax return weeks is not accounting knowledge but the repetitive work around that knowledge: the reminder written to fifty clients asking for the same document, the summary of a new communique in the firm's language, the Excel control table rebuilt every month, the tax position explained to the client in plain language, the collections report the partners expect. This work drops to minutes with AI, and the team's time is left for the real work.
In the program nothing is tried on an imaginary client. The team brings anonymised real client correspondence, last month's Excel control files, frequent questions and the monthly firm report. By the end of the day the client correspondence bank, the regulation summary flow, the Excel formula and report templates and the period-end checklist are set up in the firm's own voice. The figure verification rule is repeated in every module throughout the day.
Who is it for?
Certified accountants and firm partners
Those working with many clients who spend time on regulation tracking and client communication and want to get faster while keeping quality.
Accounting staff
The team carrying the document collection, Excel control and tax return preparation load, who want to standardise recurring tasks.
Firm managers
Those who run collections, job tracking and reporting and want to set a firm standard and train new staff.
Program flow: six modules
Talking takes at most a fifth of the day. The rest is hands-on production on your own files, each module ending with a piece of real work.
Client correspondence and document requests
Plain-language message patterns in the firm's tone for document reminders, tax return and payment notifications and frequent questions. WhatsApp and email versions.
Regulation, communique and circular summaries
A firm summary from long regulatory text, an impact list by client group and an internal briefing note. With mandatory verification against the official source.
Excel analysis and formula support
Formula generation for control tables, error finding, a trial balance and statement comparison flow. The rule that figures are verified against the source system.
Period-end and tax return checklists
Checklists by client type from the firm's own process, missing document tracking and calendar alerts.
Firm reports and collections tracking
A monthly summary for the partners from job tracking and collections data, a late collections list and a workload analysis by client.
Data privacy, data protection and the professional line
Under which conditions client identity and financial data may enter the tool, the anonymisation pattern, corporate account rules and the written acceptance that AI does not replace professional accounting opinion.
Real work scenarios
The kind of tasks the day is built around. Yours replace these after the discovery call.
Tax return week, fifty missing documents
A personalised reminder sequence and tracking table by client type and missing document.
A new communique is published
An internal summary from the communique, a list of affected clients and a plain-language briefing note for the client.
The trial balance does not reconcile
Error-hunting formulas and a comparison flow for the Excel control table, with a verification step against the source system.
A client asks about their tax position
A plain-language status update with figures taken from the source system.
The month-end partners' meeting
A five-point summary and a late collections list from job tracking and collections data.
A new employee's first month
An accelerated starter guide with the firm's templates, checklists and the verification rule.

About me →Frequently asked questions
Does AI training for accounting firms prepare tax returns?
No. The program speeds up the correspondence, checklist, Excel analysis and reporting work around tax return preparation. The tax return and professional accounting opinion stay with the practitioner, and every figure produced by AI is verified against the source system.
Is it safe to enter client data into AI?
Identity, tax numbers and financial statements do not enter the tool without anonymisation. In the program the anonymisation pattern, corporate account and data retention rules are put in writing. The firm brings its own confidentiality policy into the program.
How much does AI training for accounting firms cost?
The standard package is a full day for up to 10 people at 49,900 TL plus VAT. The discovery call, content preparation based on the team's files, a team-specific guide and 30 days of Q&A support are included. A multi-day format for multiple branches or departments is scoped by proposal.
Which tools are used besides Excel?
ChatGPT and Claude for text and analysis, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini for working inside the spreadsheet. Whatever your accounting software, we show how to work with it through export and import.
Is it also suitable for an in-house finance team?
There is a separate program for in-house finance and accounting teams: AI training for finance and accounting. The firm program focuses on multi-client work, client communication and firm management.
How is the result measured?
Client correspondence, regulation summary and control table preparation times are measured on the training day, and the same tasks are measured again 4 to 6 weeks later.
