What is this program?
AI training for law firms is a full-day, hands-on program in which lawyers, trainees and firm staff learn to speed up their daily work with ChatGPT and Claude: document summaries, pleading and contract drafts, preliminary case law research, client correspondence and firm management. Throughout the day the team works on its own anonymised files, its own contract templates and its own client correspondence. That AI does not replace legal opinion and that source verification is mandatory are put into a written rule in the first module.
In a law firm most of the time goes not to legal reasoning but to the text work around the reasoning: summarising a hundred-page file, adapting a similar pleading to a new case, comparing contract clauses, a status update written to the client in plain language, the hearing calendar and the expense report. Each of these tasks can be shortened with AI, and the lawyer's time is left for the real work.
In the program nothing is tried on an imaginary case. The team brings anonymised real files, its three most-used contract templates, client questions awaiting a reply and the monthly firm report. By the end of the day the document summary flow, the draft library, the client correspondence bank and the report template are set up in the firm's own voice. The fabricated case law risk and the source verification rule are repeated in every module throughout the day.

Does AI training for law firms produce legal opinions?
No. The program speeds up first drafts, summaries, research structuring and correspondence. Legal reasoning and opinion stay with the lawyer, and every piece of content produced by AI passes source verification and lawyer review. This rule is put in writing in the first module.
How is the fabricated case law risk managed?
The research module of the program is designed entirely around this risk: AI is used only to structure the question and list candidate sources, and no source enters any text before it is verified against the official database. Using unverified citations is forbidden in the program.
How much does AI training for law firms cost?
The standard package is a full day for up to 10 people at 49,900 TL plus VAT. The discovery call, content preparation based on the team's files, a team-specific guide and 30 days of Q&A support are included. A multi-day format for multiple branches or departments is scoped by proposal.
Is entering client information into AI compatible with professional rules?
Identity and file content do not enter the tool without anonymisation. In the program the anonymisation pattern, corporate account and data retention rules are put in writing. The firm brings its own confidentiality policy into the program, and the program does not loosen that policy.
Is it also suitable for an in-house legal department?
There is a separate program for in-house legal teams: AI training for legal departments. The law firm program focuses on the client relationship, multi-file work and firm management.
How is the result measured?
Document summary, first draft and client correspondence times are measured on the training day, and the same tasks are measured again 4 to 6 weeks later. No promise is made about case outcomes.
