AI Training Providers and Trainers in Turkey: A 2026 Comparison Guide
AI training providers and trainers in Turkey fall into five types in 2026: university continuing education centres, technical bootcamps, corporate training companies, independent trainers and free resources. They all say "AI training", but the goal, format and price are completely different. This guide explains which type suits whom, the 2026 price bands and the selection criteria. I have written my own position in the same list, with the same criteria.
The information was compiled in September 2026 from the providers' own websites and search results. Programs change often, so ask the provider directly for the current scope and price.
1. University continuing education centres
Centres such as Beykent University's continuing education centre offer training in generative AI and tool use. Their strength is a university-approved certificate and a regular curriculum. Their weakness is that the content is the same for everyone and does not fit the company's own work. Who it suits: individuals for whom the certificate matters, and those aiming at recruitment or academic progress.
2. Technical bootcamps and academies
Patika, Siliconmade Academy and similar academies offer programs on the AI and data science side that last weeks and include Python and machine learning. Some have also built department-based packages on the corporate side. Their strength is depth and a certificate, their weakness the duration and the weight for a non-technical employee. Who it suits: a technical career change, or software teams.
3. Corporate training companies
Companies such as Lokomotif AI, BNC Insight and 4e Academy offer corporate clients role- and department-based program catalogues: managers, HR, sales, marketing, finance. Their strength is corporate process experience and the breadth of the catalogue. Their weakness is that trainer quality can vary from program to program, and that you need to ask how much of the content is built on the company's real files. Who it suits: large companies with many departments and many locations.
4. Independent trainers
Individual trainers such as Defne Incekara, and I, are in this group. The strength is that the trainer uses the tools in their own work, the content is built entirely around the participant's work and decisions are fast. The weakness is scale: we cannot train a hundred people at once, and for large multi-location operations corporate training companies may be a better fit. Who it suits: teams of 5 to 10 people, and professionals who want to use it in their own work right away.
My own position: one-to-one AI training for individuals (a 90-minute session at 4,900 TL, 4 sessions at 16,900 TL) and department-based corporate AI training for companies (a full day, up to 10 people, 49,900 TL plus VAT, 26 programs from sales to call centers, from legal to manufacturing). I do not sell recorded courses. Every session takes place on the participant's own files.
5. Free resources
Programs such as Google's AI training in Turkish, Turk Telekom's development hub AI camp and the guides of the tool makers are free and a good start. Their strength is cost and access, their weakness that they are general and the step of applying them to your own work is left to you. Who it suits: everyone at the awareness stage.

How to choose: five criteria
- Does the trainer use it in their own work? The difference between someone presenting from slides and someone producing every day shows in the first hour.
- Whose files is the content built on? Ready-made examples, or your own work?
- Is it role- or department-based? The sales team and the accounting team should not take the same program.
- Is there an afterwards? Support, a guide, measurement.
- Is the price stated openly? A price written on the page is a sign of a provider's confidence in itself.
